Our Founder
James Dixon-Box
James has worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years and led his family business to become one of the most accessible hotels in the UK.
He sits on the DEIB Board for the Institute of Hospitality, is an Advisory Board Member for the Accessible Hospitality Alliance and is the Disability & Access Ambassador for the UK Hospitality Industry.
Through a combination of built environment assessments, team training and digital information enhancements, James can help to open you up to new markets and grow your business in a new direction.
